|Recommended: YesThey Do A Great Job In Responding Promptly To Everything. — Living here has a lot of perks, I honestly wan't 100 at first but am extremely pleased by the outcome so far. Maintenance is fantastic, they fixed my AC in a couple days, and the staff is very helpful. The rooms are very large and the appliances in the kitchen all work very well. This is really a great place to live in, I really have no complaints.

|Recommended: YesDecent Quality Living Space- Great Maintenance And Staff — We enjoy living here and that the property is pet friendly. Parking is tough especially with a larger vehicle but the neighbors we know are super nice. Maintenance staff is great and has a fast response time, even after hours. Office staff is friendly and willing to answer any questions. We live in a non-updated unit and it could definitely use some updating but it will work for now. Overall nice place to live with great staff and amenities.

|Recommended: YesI Love How I Feel At Home Here. — I am treated like I am welcome. I am made to feel comfortable and at home. The staff is very helpful with us as students. They are kind and willing to work with us rather than treating us badly because we don't have much life experience. As long as I live in Ames, I will choose The Social.

|Recommended: YesNot The Best, But Pretty Decent — Rates keep going up, and there are so many empty apartments. It's definitely pricey for the apartment you get since the apartment itself looks really old. Lots of scratches, dents, and just a ton of wear and tear on everything in the apartment. Granted, we did get an apartment that hasn't been remodeled and we were given an offer for a remodeled apartment halfway through our lease where they would come in and remodel our apartment , but we opted out since it would have increased our rent by like another 200. The only good parts are that the underground parking is almost always empty, they have really good maintenance, and fast internet.
